Pizza Biscuits

Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4.
- Carefully cut the stencil out.
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper/baking parchment.
- Empty the biscuit mix into a mixing bowl and add the butter. Beat the mixture together until combined and then mix in the water.
- Knead the dough together on a worktop until it forms a ball (add a sprinkle of flour if it’s sticky!).
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to approximately 5mm thick. Cut out the pizzas using a stencil.
- Re-roll any off-cuts and repeat step 6.
- Place the biscuits on the lined baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once done, let the biscuits cool for 5 minutes on the baking tray then remove and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
Decorate:
- Once the biscuits have completely cooled, snip the corner of the chocolate sauce sachet off and pour evenly over each biscuit
- Finally, decorate your biscuits with the sprinkles and enjoy!
