Valentine's Fudge

Treat your Valentine with these deliciously chocolatey Valentine’s Fudge Pieces. Made with White Chocolate fudge and decorated with pink accents, we’re certain you’ll love these a choco-lot!

Here’s What You’ll Need (Makes 16)

500g White Chocolate, Chopped

1 Can of Condensed Milk  (400ml)

30g unsalted butter, chopped

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cake Décor Pink Colour Gel

Cake Décor Valentine’s Sprinkles

Cake Décor Pink Glitter Spray

Here's What You'll Do:

Create the Fudge
  1. Grab a square cake tin and line it with baking paper (we used an 8 inch square cake tin).
  2. Separate the White Chocolate into 2 separate microwave-safe bowls with 250g of White Chocolate in each. Add in 200ml of the Condensed Milk and 15g of Butter to each of the bowls. Place one of the bowls in a microwave and blast it for 20 seconds. Remove the bowl of ingredients from the microwave and stir well. Return to the microwave for another 30 seconds. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are mixed in together completely.
  3. Now, repeat the melting process with the other half of the Chocolate, Condensed Milk and Butter (we’re going to be multitasking in this part as the fudge mixture sets quickly). While the other batch is getting prepped, add half a teaspoon of Vanilla Extract to the melted ingredients and stir well. Add in the Pink Colour Gel to the mixture and stir well until the colour is mixed in fully and you’ve got yourself a nice pink fudge mixture (Pro Tip: Add more colour gel to achieve an even more vibrant colour). Transfer 3/4 of the pink fudge mixture to a the lined cake pan and spread the mixture evenly in the cake pan. Give it a light knock on the table to level it out.
  4. Once your second batch of ingredients have been microwaved and mixed fully, add in the other half of your Vanilla Extract and mix that in. (Pro Tip: if you feel that the mixture has started setting a bit too much, blast it in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it a bit lighter for the next steps). Pour the mixture over the pink layer and spread it over evenly, giving the tray a light knock on the counter to level it out. Now, take your leftover 1/4 of the pink mixture and use a spoon and drizzle it over the white fudge layer in zig-zag lines. Using a small spoon or cocktail stick, slowly drag the pink zig-zag lines the opposite direction to create fun pink streaks over the white mixture.
Decorate
  1. Finally, take your Valentine’s Sprinkles and sprinkle them over your fudge and use your Pink Glitter Spray to add some shine to it. Place your Valentine’s Fudge in the fridge for an hour to let it set and enjoy!
