These Rice Krispie Puddings are just as stunning to look at as they are delicious! Made with mouth watering Milk Chocolate, Rice Krispies, marshmallows and decorated with stunning Christmas Sprinkles and White Choco Melt, these are the perfect little treat for the holidays!

Here's What You'll Need To Make 10:

100g Rice Krispies

200g Milk Chocolate Chips

50g Butter

180g Mini Marshmallows

Cake Décor Christmas Sprinkles

Cake Décor White Choco Melt

Here's What You'll Do:

  1. Place your Milk Chocolate Chips in a medium size microwave-safe bowl and microwave them in 30 second intervals stirring the chocolate in between each interval. Repeat this until the chocolate has fully melted. Once the chocolate has melted, add in your Mini Marshmallows and microwave them in 30 second intervals until the marshmallows have fully melted, mixing them with the chocolate in between each session.
  2. Once your chocolate and marshmallows have fully melted, add in your Rice Krispies and mix everything together until combined. Leave everything to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Once cooled, take your Rice Krispie mixture and divide everything into 10 equal parts and roll them into pudding shaped balls (Pro Tip: To stop the balls sticking, wet your hands with a bit of water or Trex/Crisco). Once done, place your Rice Krispie pudding balls in the fridge to set for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your White Choco Melt according to the pack.
  4. Once your Rice Krispie Pudding balls have hardened, squeeze a bit of the White Choco Melt on each of the Rice Krispie balls. Finally, decarate each of these with a pair of Holly Leave sprinkles and a few Red Sprinkles and you’re done!
