Melted Snowman Bark

You’re sure to have snow much fun making your own Snowman Bark. Made with delicious White Chocolate and decorated with Chocolate Buttons, Pretzels, Rolos, Writing Icing and Christmas Sprinkles, these are so easy to make and are perfect for kids and adults alike!

Here's What You'll Need:

2 Cups White Melting Chocolate

1 Pack of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or Rolo Chocolate

1 Pack of White Chocolate Buttons or White Chocolate Candy Melts

Cake Décor Christmas Sprinkles

1 Pack of Pretzel Stick

Cake Décor Writing Icing

Here's What You'll Do:

  1. Line a baking mat with some wax paper. In a medium size bowl, put in your Melting White Chocolate and melt it in a microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing after each time until the white chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Pour the melted chocolate on the lined baking mat and spread it out smoothly using a spatula or a large spoon.
  2. Take your Peanut Butter Cups or Rolo chocolates and cut them in half. Break your Pretzel stick into smaller pieces. Place your white chocolate buttons on top of the melted chocolate (we used 3 in a line). On the melted chocolate, place the Peanut Butter Cup or Rolo as a hat for the snowman, place the Pretzel sticks as arms, and decorate your snowman with your Christmas Sprinkles. Place everything in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden.
  3. Once the chocolate has hardened, take it out the fridge and place it on a worktop. Take your Writing Icing tubes and draw in the snowman’s face and buttons. Finally, carefully break the chocolate in pieces around the snowman and enjoy! (Pro Tip: You can use a knife to guide the breaks)
