Snowball Truffles

Celebrate the snowy season with these homemade Snowball Truffles. Made with just four ingredients, including delicious white chocolate and decorated with Cake Décor Edible Snow, these truffles are perfect for a sharing platter that everyone will love snow much!

Here's What You'll Need To Make 12:

300g White Chocolate

20g Unsalted Butter

60ml Heavy Cream

Cake Décor Edible Snow

Here's What You'll Do:

  1. In a medium-large size microwave-safe bowl, break in the white chocolate into small pieces. Add in the butter and heavy cream and mix it all together. 
  2. Pop the bowl in a microwave and heat it in 30 second intervals, mixing in-between each interval until the ingredients have melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Once done, cover the bowl with clingfilm and place your mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours to set. 
  3. Take your Edible Snow and pour it out on a clean surface or a dish. Once your mixture has hardened a bit and is firm, take it out the fridge. Now, using a medium-size spoon, scoop out roughly one tablespoon of the mixture for each truffle. Roll it smooth using your hands and then roll it around the Edible Snow to cover it with the Edible Snow. Repeat the process with all your truffles. Once finished, store these in the fridge and share them with your loved ones!
