Give profiteroles the perfect finishing touch by adding a beautiful Mirror Glaze topping and sparkly sprinkles!
You will need:
• Cake Décor Chocolate Mirror Glaze
• Gold, silver and bronze sprinkle decorations
• Remove the lid from your pot of Mirror Glaze and pop it in an 800W microwave on a medium heat for 30 seconds
• Give the chocolate glaze a slow stir and place back in the microwave for another 30 seconds
• Repeat as necessary until the chocolate is smooth and runny
• Use a spoon to slowly cover your profiteroles in Chocolate Mirror Glaze
• Before the Mirror Glaze sets, add your gold, silver and bronze sprinkle decorations on top
